A lower fee.
The same personal approach.
I’m Daniel. Selling your home is a big decision, and you deserve clear answers before you make it. We’ll talk through your goals, look at your local market, and choose a plan that makes sense for you.
No confusing pitch. Just a thoughtful plan for getting from where you are to where you want to be.

A few things worth knowing
Clear answers. Better decisions.
Is 1% the total cost to sell my home?
No. The 1% is the Essential listing-side fee. Any buyer-agent compensation you agree to, closing costs, concessions, and other transaction expenses are separate. We’ll review the full picture together.
How does the savings calculator work?
It multiplies your estimated sale price by each listing rate, then shows the difference. It compares listing fees only. If your selected plan costs more than the comparison rate, it shows that additional cost instead.
Which plan should I choose?
That depends on your home and the marketing support you want. Start with a conversation, and we’ll work through the options. Services and terms will be set out in your listing agreement.
Do I have to offer compensation to a buyer’s agent?
This page does not assume a fixed buyer-agent fee. Any seller-paid buyer-agent compensation is a separate point to discuss and negotiate as part of your transaction.
What if I’m only exploring?
That’s a perfectly good place to start. Use the calculator freely, or reach out to talk through your timing and questions. Requesting information does not commit you to selling.
